摘 要
在国人初步过上小康生活以后,很多自己觉得肥胖的人纷纷奔向减肥食品柜台。许多专家和医生的建议是,只有通过节食和必要的运动,才能在不伤害身体的前提下,真正达到减轻体重并且维持这个效果的目的。本文首先分析了减肥模型如何建立才符合科学和实际情况;对这个模型提出了假设;用差分方程建立了基本模型;将提出的减肥计划与建立的模型相对照;根据对照的结果制定了几个减肥计划,根据数学公式得到的结果选择最佳方案;最后由此例给大众减肥提出了几点建议。

ABSTRACT
After people initially have a comfortable life,many obese people have toward diet food counter. Many experts and doctors recommended that only through diet and necessary exercise,the real to lose weight and achieve goals without physical injury.The article first analyzes the model for weight loss how to establish consistent with the science and practical situations;assumes this model;establishes the basic model with difference equation;controls weight loss program and the proposed model;develop some weight loss programs;chooses the best option according to the results obtained by the mathematical formula;At last, puts forward several proposals to the public to lose weight.
