贵单位《关于高压线与西二线XTGE076桩天然气管道平行、交叉施工存在安全隐患的函》已收悉,我单位高度重视。

萍乡经济开发区是萍乡市重点发展区域,随着开发区建设项目陆续开展和萍乡中心城新城区的建设,必将导致萍乡经济开发区用电需求大幅增长,大仓前220千伏输变电工程的建设能有效解决电力的供需矛盾,对于促进经济和保障民生具有重要作用。

安源-大仓前220千伏线路工程是萍乡大仓前220千伏变电站的电源线路,该线路与贵单位西二线XTGE076桩天然气管道存在交叉、平行。我公司组织工程参建各方对线路进行了现场勘查,该线路由于受到沪昆高速公路和已建安泉、安跑220千伏线路的限制,不可避免地与天然气管道交叉、平行。经核实,安源-大仓前220千伏线路Ⅰ回、Ⅱ回均在8#~9#跨越天然气管道,与管道最近的Ⅰ回9#塔、Ⅱ回9#塔边导线距离天然气管道约25米,Ⅰ回、Ⅱ回9#~11#与管道平行约500米,水平距离约25-110米。

根据《钢质管道外腐蚀控制规范》(GB/T 21447-20xx)7.2.3条规定:在开阔地区,埋地管道与110-220kV架空线路最小水平距离应满足最高塔高;在路径受限地区,埋地管道与110-220kV架空线路最

小水平距离应满足5m。安源-大仓前220千伏线路Ⅰ回、Ⅱ回均满足受限地区最小水平距离的规定。

为确保天然气管道的安全运行,我公司愿积极配合贵单位工作:

一、线路设计采用逆相序排列,减小对钢质管道的交流干扰。同时与贵单位共同组织专家按照《埋地钢质管道交流干扰防护技术标准》(GB/T 50698-20xx),在输电线路投运前和投运后对交流干扰程度进行评估,若确由我公司线路的建设导致交流干扰程度超出标准规定值,我公司承诺按规范采取相应防护措施。
